Other
officers authorized to act when Governor unavailable.
If the Governor is unavailable to
make timely exercise of the authority under ORS 476.510 to 476.610, the State
Fire Marshal may exercise such authority, and if that individual is
unavailable, a chief deputy state fire marshal may exercise such authority. Any
orders, rules or regulations issued by the State Fire Marshal or a chief deputy
state fire marshal pursuant to this section have the same force and effect as
