Providing false information on precursor substances report or record.
(1) A person commits the offense
of providing false information on a precursor substances report or record if
the person knowingly provides false information in any report or record
required under ORS 475.950, 475.955, 475.975, 475.976 or 475.978.
(2) The offense
described in this section, providing false information on a precursor
substances report or record, is a Class A misdemeanor. [1987 c.657 §7; 2001
