Statute Text
Illegally selling drug equipment. (1) A person commits the offense of illegally selling drug equipment if the person sells any substance, article, apparatus or device with knowledge that the substance, article, apparatus or device will be used to manufacture, compound, convert, process or prepare a controlled substance for unlawful sale or distribution. (2) The offense described in this section, illegally selling drug equipment, is a Class A misdemeanor. [1987 c.657 §5]
