Providing drug test falsification equipment.
(1) A person commits the crime of providing drug test
falsification equipment if the person intentionally delivers, possesses with
intent to deliver or manufactures with intent to deliver a substance or device
designed to enable a person to falsify the results of a drug test.
(2) Providing
drug test falsification equipment is a Class A misdemeanor. [Formerly 475.982]
