Statute Text
Falsifying drug test results. (1) A person commits the crime of falsifying drug test results if the person intentionally uses, or possesses with intent to use, any substance or device designed to falsify the results of a drug test of the person. (2) Falsifying drug test results is a Class B misdemeanor. (3) As used in this section and ORS 475.920, “drug test” means a lawfully administered test designed to detect the presence of a controlled substance. [Formerly 475.981]
