Statute Text
Commission to develop recycling education materials.
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis
Commission shall develop recycling education materials for distribution through
stores established by the commission under ORS 471.750 that encourage the
patrons of the store to recycle bottles sold through the stores. [1997 c.552 §34;
