Statute Text
Granulated alcohol.
(1) As used in this section, granulated alcohol means powders, crystals or
other dry preparations designed to produce an alcoholic beverage when added to
a liquid.
(2) Granulated
alcohol may not be sold at retail in this state. Granulated alcohol may be sold
at wholesale only for scientific, industrial, manufacturing or other purposes
identified by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission under terms and
conditions the commission considers appropriate to safeguard against the misuse
