Statute Text
Fixing
prices and selling liquor.
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission shall fix the prices at which
alcoholic liquors containing over five percent alcohol by volume may be
purchased from it, and has power to bottle, blend, rectify, manufacture or sell
alcoholic liquors for itself, or for or to any person or commission within or
without this state. [Amended by 1995 c.301 §88; 2021 c.351 §144]
