Statute Text
Testing and seizure of wines.
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission shall have the power to investigate
by sample or chemical analysis, the quality of all wines manufactured,
imported, sold or offered for sale within this state, and to seize, confiscate
and destroy all wines sold or offered for sale within this state which do not
conform in all respects to the minimum standards provided for by the laws of
