Consultation with certain groups on production and posting of signs. The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission shall consult with representatives of business and industry as well as interested citizens groups, including the March of Dimes and the Junior League, to determine the most cost-effective, convenient method to produce and post the sign described in ORS 471.551, which shall be distributed by the commission.
