Statute Text
Civil
penalty.
In
addition to such other sanctions as may be authorized by law, the Oregon Liquor
and Cannabis Commission may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 against
any alcohol server education course instructor or provider who violates a rule
promulgated by the commission pursuant to ORS 471.542. The civil penalty may be
in addition to or in lieu of any suspension, revocation or cancellation of the
certification of an alcohol server education course instructor or provider. [1991
