Delivery invoices; retention period; rules.
(1) A licensee that holds a license issued under ORS
471.175, 471.178, 471.186, 471.190 or 471.200 shall maintain an invoice of each
delivery of alcoholic beverages made to the licensed premises for which the
licensee is responsible.
(2) A licensee
described in subsection (1) of this section shall keep an invoice described in
subsection (1) of this section for three years from the date of delivery. The
licensee shall make an invoice available for inspection by the Oregon Liquor
and Cannabis Commission at the request of the commission.
(3) The
commission may adopt rules to carry out this section. [2025 c.293 §2]
