Limitations on purchasing may be imposed. The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may limit the quantity of alcoholic liquor purchased at any one time by any person. It may limit the amount of purchases within any length of time so as effectually to prevent the resale of such liquors. [Amended by 2021 c.351 §43]
