Statute Text
Term
of certification of project manager; certification approval letter; conditions
for termination of certification.
(1) Unless the sustainable energy project manager is the Public Purpose Fund
Administrator or a consumer-owned utility, the certification of a sustainable
energy project manager shall be for a five-year term. The Director of the State
Department of Energy shall issue the sustainable energy project manager a
certification approval letter that states any conditions applicable to the
certification.
(2) The director
may terminate the certification of a sustainable energy project manager for:
(a) Failure to
adequately implement an applicable plan for implementing the energy efficiency
and sustainable technology loan program;
(b) Noncompliance
with the regulatory or statutory requirements of the energy efficiency and
sustainable technology loan program;
(c) Failure to
meet any sustainable energy project manager criteria established by the
director; or
(d) Failure to
