Statute Text
Quarterly report. (1) The State Department of Energy shall send a quarterly report to the Small Scale Local Energy Project Advisory Committee. The report shall include, but need not be limited to, a summary of: (a) The total amount of energy efficiency and sustainable technology loans issued; (b) The types of projects being funded by the loans; and (c) The characteristics of loan recipients. (2) The committee shall review the report to determine whether the goals of the loan program are being implemented and whether applicable rules and statutory standards are met. The committee may send comments regarding the report to the Director of the State Department of Energy. [2009 c.753 §6] (Project Managers)
