Statute Text
Refinancing of project; use of funds.
If any small scale local energy project is refinanced or an additional grant or
loan intended to finance the project development is obtained from other sources
after the execution of the loan from the state, all such funds shall be used to
repay the state unless the Director of the State Department of Energy finds
that repayment of the state from the additional grant or loan would be contrary
