Statute Text
Compensation of board members.
(1) Each member of the Oregon Hanford Cleanup Board shall serve at the pleasure
of the appointing authority. For purposes of this subsection, for those members
of the board selected by the public advisory committee, the appointing
authority shall be the public advisory committee.
(2) Each public
member of the board shall receive compensation and expenses as provided in ORS
292.495. Each legislative member shall receive compensation and expenses as
provided in ORS 171.072.
(3) The board
shall be under the supervision of the chairperson. [1987 c.514 §5]
