Statute Text
Construction of ORS 469.566 to 469.583.
Nothing in ORS 469.566 to 469.583 shall be
interpreted by the federal government or the United States Department of Energy
as an expression by the people of Oregon to accept the Hanford Nuclear
Reservation as the site for the long-term disposal of high-level radioactive
