Statute Text
Program to assist environmental justice communities.
The State Department of Energy
shall establish a program to provide assistance related to energy projects and
activities to environmental justice communities, as defined in ORS 469A.400. At
a minimum, the program must provide environmental justice communities with
information regarding:
(1) Funding
resources.
(2) Technical
assistance.
(3) Other support
that may be available. [2023 c.562 §1]
