Statute Text
Investment of gross proceeds of agency bonds or other obligations.
All amounts that are treated as
gross proceeds of agency bonds or other obligations, if invested, shall be
invested in compliance with section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986,
and the amendments thereto in effect on October 23, 1999. [Formerly 449.687;
