to 468.260. Moneys in the fund may not be used for any other purpose,
except that these moneys, with the approval of the State Treasurer, may be
invested as provided by ORS 293.701 to 293.857, and the earnings from such
investments shall be credited to the Pollution Control Sinking Fund maintained
under ORS 468.230. [Formerly 449.682; 2005 c.755 §43]
