Statute Text
Strict liability of owner or permittee. The owner and permittee of an underground storage tank found to be the source of a release shall be strictly liable to any owner or permittee of a nonleaking underground storage tank in the vicinity, for all costs reasonably incurred by such nonleaking underground storage tank owner or permittee in determining which tank was the source of the release.
