Noncomplying installation prohibited.
No person shall install an underground storage tank for the purpose of storing
regulated substances unless the tank complies with the standards adopted under
ORS 466.746 and any other rule adopted under ORS 466.706 to 466.882 and
466.994. [1987 c.539 §11]
