Statute Text
Rulemaking.
In
accordance with applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Environmental
Quality Commission may adopt rules including but not limited to:
(1) Provisions to
establish that quantity of oil or hazardous material spilled or released which
shall be reported under ORS 466.635. The commission may determine that one
single quantity shall be the reportable quantity for any oil or hazardous
material, regardless of the medium into which the oil or hazardous material is
spilled or released.
(2) Establishing
procedures for the issuance, modification and termination of permits, orders,
collection of recoverable costs and filing of notifications.
(3) Any other
provision consistent with the provisions of ORS 401.025, 466.605 to 466.680,
