Statute Text
Copies of application to be sent to affected state agencies. Upon receipt of an application for a PCB disposal facility permit, the Department of Environmental Quality shall cause copies of the application to be sent to affected state agencies, including the Oregon Health Authority, the Public Utility Commission, the State Fish and Wildlife Commission and the Water Resources Director. Each agency shall respond within the period specified by the Department of Environmental Quality by making a written recommendation as to whether the permit application should be granted. Recommendation from other agencies shall be considered in determining whether to grant the permit. [1985 c.670 §19; 1987 c.540 §41; 2009 c.595 §945]
