Statute Text
Requirement to reimburse department for costs associated with implementing corrective action. In accordance with the rules adopted by the Environmental Quality Commission under ORS 466.045 (5), the permittee, owner or operator shall be responsible for reimbursing the Department of Environmental Quality for the costs of the department associated with the implementation of corrective action. [1997 c.576 §3]
