Inspection and copying of records authorized; exceptions. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, any information filed or submitted pursuant to ORS 466.005 to 466.385 and 466.992 shall be made available for public inspection and copying during regular office hours of the Department of Environmental Quality at the expense of any person requesting copies.
