Commission authority to impose standards for hazardous waste or PCB at Oregon
facility.
The
Environmental Quality Commission may impose specific standards for the range
and type of hazardous waste or PCB treated or disposed of at a facility in
order to protect the public health and safety and environment of Oregon. [1985
