Designation of classes of facilities subject to certain provisions.
The Environmental Quality
Commission may, by rule, designate classes of facilities designed to treat or
dispose of hazardous waste or PCB that shall be subject to the provisions of
ORS 466.025 to 466.065, 466.250, 466.255 (2) and (3) and 466.260 to 466.320. [1985
