Statute Text
Effect
of certain laws on liability of person.
Nothing in ORS 453.396 to 453.408, 453.414, 459.236
and 459.311, including the limitation on the amount a local government unit
must contribute under ORS 459.236 and 459.311, shall be construed to affect or
limit the liability of any person. [1993 c.707 §9 (enacted in lieu of 465.390)]
