Statute Text
Vacation of suspension upon payment of penalty.
If the Department of Justice or
its designee suspends any license for a period of 30 days or less, the order
may provide that the suspension shall be vacated upon payment to the department
of a monetary penalty as fixed in the order. [1987 c.914 §14]
