Statute Text
Exemption from licensing and reporting requirements for organizations conducting certain raffles. Charitable, fraternal or religious organizations that conduct raffles that have handles of less than $10,000 in one calendar year are exempt from the licensing and reporting requirements for raffles under ORS 167.108 to 167.164 and 464.270 to 464.530.
