Compliance audits and verification; duties of superintendent; rules.
(1) The Superintendent of State
Police or the authorized representatives of the superintendent shall:
(a) Conduct
compliance audits for unarmed combat sports or entertainment wrestling events;
(b) Oversee
ticket sales to the events; and
(c) Verify
compliance with ticketing, tax on gross receipts and other requirements of this
chapter.
(2) The
authorized representative of the superintendent for an unarmed combat sports or
entertainment wrestling event shall verify the accuracy of the promoters
account and the amount of the taxed gross receipts for the event.
(3) The
superintendent shall establish by rule limitations on complimentary tickets for
unarmed combat sports and entertainment wrestling events. [1987 c.789 §6; 1987
