Statute Text
Totalizator business license; rules; fees. A person may not engage in the business of providing totalizator services through the use of totalizator equipment that is located within this state unless the person possesses a totalizator business license issued by the Oregon Racing Commission. Rules adopted by the commission to carry out this section may include, but need not be limited to, rules establishing fees for the issuance or renewal of a totalizator business license.
