Statute Text
(2) commits a Class C felony.
(3) Any person
who conspires or attempts to commit or commits any act of touting as defined in
ORS 462.510 commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(4) Any person
violating the provisions of ORS 462.140 (1) commits a Class A misdemeanor. [Part
