Capital Construction Trust Fund; sources; uses.
(1) There is established in the
State Treasury a Capital Construction Trust Fund separate and distinct from the
General Fund. Interest on the fund shall accrue to the fund.
(2) The fund
shall consist of amounts allocated to it from the Administrative Services
Economic Development Fund.
(3) The fund is
to be used to meet capital construction costs. [1991 c.461 §77]
