Statute Text
Reporting of certain prize winners to Department of Human Services. For the purpose of complying with section 4009 of the Agricultural Act of 2014, P.L. 113-79, within seven days after paying a prize of $1,250 or more, the Director of the Oregon State Lottery shall notify the Department of Human Services of the name of the prize recipient, the Social Security number of the recipient, any other available identifying information about the recipient and the amount of the prize paid to the recipient.
