Statute Text
Coordination between director and commission.
The Director of the Oregon State Lottery shall confer
as frequently as necessary or desirable, but not less than monthly, with the
commission, regarding the operation and administration of the Oregon State
Lottery. The director shall make available for inspection by the commission,
upon request, all books, records, files and other information and documents of
the state lottery, and shall advise the commission and recommend such matters
as deemed necessary and advisable to improve the operation and administration
