Grounds for cancellation, suspension or revocation of permit. Subject to the provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall cancel, revoke or suspend the operating permit for any person who fails to comply with the minimum safety standards provided by ORS 460.310 to 460.370. [Formerly 460.400]
