Statute Text
Hearing on site permit application.
The Department of Environmental Quality may conduct a public hearing in the
county where a proposed waste tire storage site is located and may conduct
hearings at other places as the department considers suitable. At the hearing
the applicant may present the application and the public may appear or be
represented in support of or in opposition to the application. [1987 c.706 §8]
