Statute Text
Prohibition on sale of foodware containers containing perfluoroalkyl or
polyfluoroalkyl substances.
A person may not sell, offer for sale, or distribute in or into this state a
foodware container containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl or
polyfluoroalkyl substances. [2023 c.73 §4]
