Definition for ORS 459.411 to 459.417. As used in ORS 459.411 to 459.417, “conditionally exempt small quantity generator” means a person who generates a hazardous waste but is conditionally exempt from certain regulations because the waste is generated in quantities below the threshold adopted by the Environmental Quality Commission pursuant to ORS 466.020.
