to 458.478.
(6) The
department shall give notice of a proposed sale under this section not less
than once a week for three successive weeks by publication in one or more
newspapers of general circulation in the county in which the real property is
located and in other newspapers, if any, as the department considers advisable.
The notice shall describe generally and by legal subdivision such real property
and the asking price. The department may accept or reject any proposal. [2025
