Approval required by governing body where property located. Before the transfer of any state-owned real property under the provisions of ORS 458.405 to 458.460 to a housing authority or a nonprofit organization involved with providing low-income housing to individuals and families in this state, the state or its agency, board or commission shall obtain approval of the governing body in which such property is located. [1989 c.440 §9]
