Purposes. The purposes of ORS 458.405 to 458.460 are to provide low-income housing options including but not limited to: (1) Transitional and emergency housing for low-income individuals and families as long as this type of housing is accompanied by adequate supporting social services; and (2) Permanent low-income housing units.
