Disaster Housing Recovery Fund. (1) The Disaster Housing Recovery Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Disaster Housing Recovery Fund shall be credited to the fund. (2) The fund consists of moneys appropriated, allocated, deposited or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly or otherwise. (3) Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Housing and Community Services Department to carry out the purposes of ORS 458.315. [2023 c.435 §3]
