Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account. (1) The Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account shall be credited to the account. (2) Moneys in the Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account are continuously appropriated to the Housing and Community Services Department to be used only for the purposes specified in ORS 456.595 (2). (3) The department shall keep a record of all moneys deposited in the Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account. [Formerly 469.683] Note: See note under 456.594.
