Use of funds; petty cash fund. (1) Subject to other applicable laws and agreements entered into with bondholders, amounts received by, or appropriated to, the Housing and Community Services Department may be applied to funds and accounts as the Director of the Housing and Community Services Department determines necessary or appropriate for the payment of expenses of programs administered by the department and to provide reserves against losses and security for bonds.
