Statute Text
Powers of director. The Director of the Housing and Community Services Department, in addition to the director’s other powers, shall have the power, subject to the applicable provisions of the State Personnel Relations Law, to appoint all subordinate officers and employees of the Housing and Community Services Department and prescribe their duties and fix their compensation.
