Statute Text
Issuance of bonds; means for payment.
An authority may issue bonds from time to time in its discretion upon the
resolution adopted by a majority vote of the commissioners for any of its
corporate purposes. An authority may also issue refunding and advance refunding
bonds for the purpose of paying or retiring bonds previously issued by it. [Amended
by 1989 c.874 §5]
